Mrs. Christine Snyder Kirby, 59, of Vilas, died Wednesday morning. December 15.
She was born in Watauga County, August 21, 1923 to Jacob S. Sr. and Delia Wilson Snyder. She was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.
Mrs. Kirby is survived by her husband, Narvie Kirby, two sons, four sisters, two brothers and two grandchildren.
Services will be conducted Saturday at 3 p.m. at Beaver Dam Baptist church. The body will lie in state from 2-3 p.m. Officiating will be the Reverends Carl Johnson, Carl Wilson and Bud Woodard. Burial will follow in the Upper Beaver Dam Cemetery.
