Miss Marion Gist Dead
Popular New Castle Girl a Victim of Tuberculosis
New Castle, Ky., Nov. 14 – (Special) –Miss Marium* Gist, twenty-two years old, daughter of Mr. George W. Gist, died in this city at 2 o’clock this afternoon form consumption. She had been in ill health for some time and recently returned from Asheville, N. C.
The funeral will take place at 11 o’clock Saturday morning in the Christian church of this city and the services will be conducted by the Rev. George Darsie*, of Frankfort.
Miss Gist was well-known in Louisville, where she frequently visited, and she was one of New Castle’s most popular young women.
