Died at Best Station, PA. 75 y, 10 m, 23 d. He was a farmer. He and his wife Feyanna Snyder had at least 9 children.

George Rex expired from old age on Tuesday morning at his home at Bests, aged 75 years, 10 months and 28 days. He is survived by these children: Mrs. Edward Fink and Mrs. Henry Bachman, of town; Mrs. John Rex, of Bests; Levi of Allentown, and Emma and Menno at home, and also by one brother, Josiah Rex, of Heidelberg, and two sisters Mrs. Daniel Heintzelman of Lehigh Furnace and Mrs. Joseph Handwerk of Bests. Funeral services to- day at 9:30 am. Services and burial at Heidelberg Church, Rev. J.H. Longacre officiating.
