Mrs. Cummings Laid To Rest Here Monday
Funeral services for Mrs. Ellen Elizabeth Cummings who died Saturday at Owatonna, were held here Monday morning at St. Columbanus church. The Rev. Father J. V. Donovan officiated.
Mrs. Cummings is a former resident of this community and has numerous relatives living here.
Surviving are her two daughters, Mrs. Irene Hawkins of Blooming Prairie and Mrs. Leo (Geraldine) Reinmiller of Green Bay, Wis., and a son, Joseph of Wessington Springs, South Dak. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Lucy Haugen of Blooming Prairie and Mrs. Neil (Catherine) McGrill of Duluth and a brother, John Feehan of Blooming Prairie.
Pallbearers at the service were Ray Herron, J. Cahalan, E. W. Betlach, P. Finnegan, Wm. Carroll and Harold Morrison.
Burial was made in the Catholic cemetery here.
