Mrs. Serena Payne
Mrs. Serena Payne died yesterday at 5 p.m. at the family home north of town following a brief illness. She leaves her husband, Will L. Payne, and nine* grown children, as follows: W.E. Payne of Fayetteville, H.C. Payne of Greenville, Tenn., R.L. Payne of Greenville, Tenn., R.L. Fayetteville, J.C. Payne of Vianga, Mo., Mrs. Florence Cravens of California, Mrs. J. Walker of Welch, Okla., and Mrs. Andy George of Fayetteville.
Internment will be at Son's Chapel tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock, Rev. Ashley Chappell officiating.
