Mrs. Laura Mankamyer, 80, of Meyersdale, R. D. 2, died Saturday in her home. She was born in Greensville Township, a daughter of the late Owen and Mary Saylor Murray. Surviving are two sons, Roy of Orlando, Fla., and the Rev. Raymond Mankamyer of Meyersdale, R. D. 2; two daughters, Mrs. Lula Steinly of Akron, Ohio, and Mrs. Nellie Mazer of Lonaconing, Md.; four brothers, Allen, Alfred and Wilbert Murray of Meyersdale, R. D., and Morris Murray of Corriganville, Md., and three sisters, Mrs. Albert Thomas of Beaver, Mrs. Naomi Hare of Meyersdale, and Mrs. Lydia Lockhart of Canal Fulton, Ohio. She was the widow of William H. Mankamyer.
