She lived in Kalkaska and Clinton before moving to Roscommon two years ago. She and Floyd McFarland were married in 1945; her husband preceded her in death in 1970. She and Vinton Donner were married in 1972; he preceded her in death in 1990. She retired as a beautician after working in Ann Arbor and Clinton. Mrs. Donner had served in the U.S. Army as a cook in Paris and London during World War II.
