Mr. Friederich Fust was born at Braunschweig, Germ. April 16, 1827. Came to America in 1884 and settled at Bensenville, where he spent the remainder of his life. He married Miss Sophie Passeier, Dec. 11, 1859. They had no children of their own, but adopted a daughter, now Mrs. Anna Dobbecker, wife of a German instructor, in Kirchberg, Westphalen. He was in ill health 32 years, last 6 months confined to his bed by asthma. He died May 24, 1906. Funeral was held Sunday afternoon. Interment at Friedens cemetery.
