She was born on March 14, 1852, in Attica, a daughter of Byron and Margaret Rolly Malady. On January 9, 1878, she was united in marriage to Jay Marlatt, who passed away March 8, 1915.
She is survived by two children, Mrs. Margaret Rodman, of Danville, Illinois, and Albert Marlatt, who made his home with his mother. Two children, Harry J. Marlatt, and Mrs. Nellie Robbins, preceded her in death.
The body was taken to the Miller and DeSutter Funeral Home in Attica where it was prepared for burial. L ate Saturday afternoon they were taken to the home of the son in Williamsport. Funeral services were held at 10 o’clock Monday morning from the St Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Attica, father Charles E. Malay officiating. Interment was made in Highland Cemetery, Williamsport.” – August 6. 1936
