MRS. MATTHEW W. GILMORE

WESTON'S MILLS--Mrs. Elizabeth Gilmore
died today (Monday, Oct. 15, 1979)
in Olean General Hospital, following
a long illness.

Born June 26, 1887, in Weston's
Mills, she was a daughter of Ezer
and Cora Welty Borst. On Sept. 27,
1916, in Jamestown, she married
Matthew W. Gilmore, who died
in 1956.

A lifelong resident of the
area, Mrs Gilmore was an
associate member of St. Andrew's
United Methodist Church of
Weston's Mills, and a life
member of the Women's
Society of the church.

Surviving are a sister. Mrs.
Clyde W. (Elsie) Collins of
Weston's Mills; and several
nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Guenther
Funeral Home Inc., 1303 E.
State St., Olean, today from 7 to
9 pm and Tuesday from 2 to 4
and 7 t0 9 pm where funeral
and committal services will be
held Wednesday, (Oct. 17, 1979)
at 1 pm. Burial will be in
Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Portville.

Memorials if desired, may be
made to the Memorial Fund of
St. Andrew's United Methodist
Church or to the charity of
the donor's choice.
