Soon after Herman moved to Appleton WI, where in 1867 he was married to Miss Priscilla Alida Jopson [Jobson/Jebson]who survived him. To them were born 3 children: Frank, Benjamin, Edna.
According to the Great Bend Township record they had a child, Jennie M Cone, born in Minnesota, who died 26 May 1875 of canker aged 11 months. I have to think she is buried with them.

I have rejected the following suggestion as I feel these individuals are the right age to be grandparents to this person, not parents but I list it here in case I am incorrect.
