Juanita Wolf
Ms. Juanita Wolf, age 96, died Saturday morning, July 24, 1993 in a local hospital. Graveside services were Sunday, July 25, at Bethlehem Cemetery. The Reverend Bruce Martin officiated.
Ms. Wolf was born Jan. 7, 1897 in Indian Territory, which is now Norman, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of William Jacob and Bell Overstreet Rape. When she was 3 years old, her parents came by wagon to Texas. She loved children and was among the first in this area to recieve a child care license. She married Edward John Wolf in 1947 and he preceded her n death on February 19, 1982. She was a member of the Whitney Church of Christ and was the last of the origianl members.
She is survived by; two sisters, Charlotte Wallace and Thelma Isom, both of Whitney; two nephews, Burck Isom and Leslie Rape; two nieces, Charleen Knaflich and Joe Pearl Eddleman; and several great and great great nieces and nephews.
She had also been married to Truman Shelley.
