W. LaRuthe "Lucy" DeGroft, 91, of Littlestown, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, at Gettysburg Hospital, as a result of a motor vechile/pedestrian accident.
Born Aug. 22, 1907 in Carroll County, Md., she was the daughter of the late Albert and Willie Mathias BeMiller. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Walter I. DeGroft, who died in 1974.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Littlestown, and retired from Littonian Shoe Co. in Littlestown.
She is survived by one son, Robert B. DeGroft of Hanover, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
