Corinna, Ethelyn S. Smith, 74,died Nov. 4 at a Waterville hospital after a short illness. She was born May 7, 1898, at Portland, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Myron Skinner. Mrs. Smith has been employed by Snowflake Canning Co. for several years and attended Pleasant Street Christian Church. She married the late Donald Smith, May 30, 1919, and was a member of the Happy Hour Club of Corinna. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Thurlow (Hilma) Knowles, Corinna, Mrs. Orris (Athalie) Basford of Falmouth and Mrs. Gwendolyn Fowler of Sebasco; three sons, Donald Smith, Glenn Smith of Gorham and Dean Smith of Bangor; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Edward (Velma) Russell of Bangor, Miss Alice Skinner of Dexter and Mrs. Bertha Rideout of Garland. Burial will be in the Village Cemetery.
