He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Clark and most recently by paternal grandparents Ray & Opal Loughman.
Tom was an avid outdoorsman and a huge fan of Kentucky basketball and the Cleveland Browns.
He is survived by daughters, Jessi Lee & husband Robert, Jamie Clark; and by their mother, Pam Barhorst. Tom is also survived by a grandson, Carter Lee; by his father, Jerry Clark; sister, Susan Human & husband Randy and numerous other family and many special friends.
Visitation will be held 5-8PM Wed. March 23 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE, where funeral services will be held on Thu. Mar. 24 at 10:30 AM, with Pastor Jim De Jonghe officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery, Brookville.
