Harry Anker, 65, of Dallas died at 8 p.m. March 26 in Wilkes-Barre. Born March 30, 1920, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late William and Eva Anker. He is survived by his wife, Maude Roofner, formerly of Worthington; a son William, stationed with the U.S. Marines; and three step-children, Carol Mack of New Castle, Del., Marla Sherman of Westwood, N.J., and Alan Cloak of Emmaus; three grandchildren; one brother, Murray of San Diego, Cal.; and a sister Ruth Seinfeld of Brooklyn, N.Y. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery.
