Aged Shoemaker Dies in Perry Twp. Shoemakersville.
Henry Miller, the veteran shoemaker of Perry Twp., who worked at his trade over 60 years, died Tuesday, December 31., at the age of 75 years, 11 months and 20 days. He will be buried Tuesday, January 7, in Zion's Union Church Cemetery, near Windsor Castle. Services at the house at 9:30 AM.
He is survived by his widow, aged 81 years; one daughter Mrs. Jacob Yeager of Perry Twp.; two sons: Jacob R. of near Centerport, and Harry A. on the homestead, with whom the aged couple lived.
There also remain two brothers, and five sisters, all of Reading; besides 19 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
