Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 30, at Ebenezer United Church of Christ, Chilton. Rev. Gerald Bertsch will officiate. Burial will be in the Bethel Reformed Cemetery, Ada.
He was born July 26, 1908, in the town of Eaton, son of the late Anton and Theresa Kaltenbrun Schleh. In 1930 he married Erna Voss. She preceded him in death in 1946. In 1953 he married Annette (Bessert) Kraus. She preceded him in death in 1980. He drove delivery truck for many companies in the Calumet County area for many years.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Califern Schleh of Plymouth; two stepsons, Keith and Jon Kraus, both of Texas; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren; three sisters, Frieda Groh of New Holstein, Margaret Freis of Newton and Leona Tompkins of Kiel; one brother, Richard Schleh of Manitowoc. He was preceded in death by one son, one stepdaughter, three sisters, two brothers.
Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home, Chilton, from 4 – 9 p.m. Friday and on Saturday at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established in the name of Raymond Schleh.
