Emma Harrington, Resident 46 Years, Rites Thursday
Services for Mrs. Emma B. Harrington 78, an El Cajon valley resident for 46 years, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Johnson-Saum and Knobel, El Cajon Chapel, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Rev. Charles Tedrahn will officiate.
Mrs. Harrington died Sunday evening in the La Mesa Hospital. She was born in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. For 25 years she and her husband operated a booth at the Farmers Market, 8th and G Streets, San Diego. She was a member of the Jamacha Community Club.
She is survived by her husband, Rueben B.; two daughters, Mrs. Edna Parsons of El Cajon and Mrs. Hazel Hall of Spring Valley; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and a brother Edgar Brendamell of El Cajon.
