Andrew Hahn, wife Magdalena and their children came to America aboard the ship "New England" leaving le Harve, France on July 4, 1828, arriving in New York harbor Aug 29, 1828.
They settled first in Ohio, later settling in Celestine, Indiana. There, Andrew farmed until his death in 1846.
Exact date of Andrew Hahn's death unknown, but Magdalena died April 4, 1853 at age 65. She is buried in St. Peter Catholic Church Cemetery in Celestine, Indiana.
Martin Hahn married twice, first to Mary Cohn and later to Mary Licena Schrimsher. As of 2011, descendants of Martin and both his wives are presently living in LeFlore and Haskell County, Okla.
