a.m. today, March 23, 1976, at
Altoona Hospital, where she was
admitted March 16 after an
extended illness. She was born
Dec 21 1894, in Brisbin, a daughter
of Thomas and Mary Jane (Davis)
Jones, and married Stewart L.
Sperry, who died June 25,
1974. Surviving are two children,
Mrs Helen Elizabeth Thompson
of Altoona, and James H. of
Columbus Ohio; six grandchildren,
12 great-grandchildren a
great-great-grandson, and a brother,
Evan of South Fork. Mrs.
Sperry was a member of the
First Brethren Church, Altoona.
Friends will be received
in the E. Merril Smith Funeral
Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. tomorrow.
