BAIRD - Evelyn Dawkins Smith, 88, of Fort Worth died Sunday at a Fort Worth retirement home.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Admiral Cemetery with Ross Dawkins officiating, directed by Parker Funeral Home.

Mrs. Smith was born in Admiral and lived in Huntsville for 40 years; she moved to Fort Worth six years ago. She was retired operator of Walker Butane Co. and was a member of the Church of Christ. She married Wade Smith in Breckenridge.

Survivors include three sisters, Marie Clark of Fort Worth, Opal Baldridge of Garfield, Ark., and Ilene Alldredge of Irving; two brothers, Kirby Dawkins of Midland and Ross Dawkins Sr. of Arlington; three nieces and two nephews.
