Ms. Anna Troxell Rexroat, age 66 of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of McCreary County passed away on Tuesday March 29, 2011, at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday April 3, 2011 at 11am in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Andy Crabtree and Bro. David Burke officiating. Burial will follow in the Angel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6-9pm at the funeral home.

Ms. Rexroat was born on December 26, 1944 at Yamacraw, Kentucky to Robert and Nellie Wilson Troxell. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Oren Rexroat, 3 brothers, Donald, Ronald and Estel Troxell, as well as 3 sisters, Della Spiker, Thelma Lawrence and Joyce West and one grandchild.

Survivors include a son, Oliver J. Rexroat and his companion Sue Perry of Pine Knot. 2 daughters, Olive Rexroat of Somerset, and Julia Grundy and her husband Eddie of Revelo. 2 brothers, Dester and Diane Troxell and Jack and Jeanie Troxell both of Indianapolis, IN. She has one sister, Janet Bean of North Carolina and 8 grandchildren as well as 9 great grandchildren.
