MRS. K. M. POWELSON DIES
Mrs. Katharine Mailler Powelson,
a resident of Brooklyn for many
years, died suddenly on Wednesday
at Birmingham, Mich., where she.was
visiting her niece, Mrs. Phillip Wygant.
She was the widow of Lewis
A. Powelson and was the daughter of
the late William H. Mailler. She
made her home for many years at
the Hotel St. George. Mrs. Powelson
was a member of the Orphan Asylum
Society of Brooklyn, P l y m o u th
Church and Chlropean. Services will
be held tomorrow afternoon at 2
o'clock at the home of her niece, Mrs.
Charles L. Ward, 532 E. 18th St., the
Rev. Dr. Stanley J. Durkee, pastor of
Plymouth Church, officiating.
