ORLAND --- Requiem mass was held at St. Dominic's Catholic Church here at 10 A.M. Tuesday for Mrs. Marie Gonsalves, 59, of Orland. Mrs. Gonsalves died Saturday at her home at 524 A Street.
A rosary was recited at 8 P.M. Monday at the F. D. Sweet and Son Mortuary. Interment was in the Willows* Catholic Cemetery.
Mrs. Gonsalves was born Oct. 26, 1913* *. She had been an Orland resident since 1945. She was a member of SPRSI and UPEC.
She is survived by her husband, John; a son, John A.; a daughter, Mrs . Jeanne Marie Dudgeon; a brother, Frank Nunes; four sisters, Mrs. Emily Simmons, Mrs. Belmeda Sousa and Mrs. Manuel*** Mello, all of Orland and Mrs. Evelyn Evenson of Chico; and two grandchildren.
