She died at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake.

She was born on 4/22/1928 in Tupper Lake, daughter of Charles E. and Ida M. (Susice) Bishop. She attended St. Regis Falls Central School.

She married Rexford E. O’Neil on 6/1/1946 in Santa Clara.

Although Rose was a homemaker most her life, she enjoyed keeping busy. She cooked at the Adirondack camps, drove bus for the St. Regis Falls Adult Center, and worked as a teacher's aid at St. Regis Falls School.

She was survived by a son, Rexford (Ann) O'Neil and Mrs. Stephen (Patricia) Bory; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; her siblings; Gloria Mosier, Violet Haynes, Linda Holmes, Charles A. Bishop, and William Bishop.

She was predeceased by husband; and her three sisters, Elsie Bailey, Yvonne Nowicki, and Delores Dufore.
