Welter, Marcella A, age 84 of Bloomington. Longtime volunteer with Bridging Inc. Accomplished woodcarver, artist, gardener and beautician. Survived by loving husband of 61 years, Gus; mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother extraordinaire to children Louise Garrelts, Paul (Jane), Chuck (Diane), Jeff (Sharon), Ruth (Bud) Jensen, Joan (John) Czaia, Art, and Roy (Julia); 23 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; also survived by sister, Laverne Belquist; and brother Warner Neumann. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, 11 am, Church of the Nativity of Mary, 9900 Lyndale Ave S. Interment Dawn Valley Memorial Park. Visitation Monday 5-8 pm, with rosary at 7 pm, Gill Brothers Bloomington Chapel, 9947 Lyndale Ave S. Memorials may be directed to Bridging Inc.
