Alexander Eastlick was the eldest son of William Eastlick and his first wife. Alexander married Nancy McDonald, daughter of Joseph McDonald, around 1835 and they resided in Cool Spring Township, Mercer County, PA their entire married lives. Alexander died sometime between 1887 and 1892 and was buried in the Hoagland Cemetery (now Mount Pleasant Cemetery). No stone can be found for Alexander or Nancy Eastlick.

William A. Eastlick, married Hisaphame Gray, then Mary Ann Thompson.
Nancy Eastlick, married John Woods.
Sarah A. Eastlick, married John Roberts.
James Eastlick (died young).

Rosanna Eastlick, married George Anderson Moffat.
Joseph Eastlick, married Agnes Jane "Jennie" Kearney.
James Sanderson Eastlick, married Elizabeth Hedglin, then Sarah Elizabeth Rogers.
Margaret "Maggie" Elizabeth Eastlick, married James R. Maybee, then Sylvester Taggart.
