Kenneth Nile Carman, 49, of Rush Run, Hundred, died Friday, Feb. 9,
2001, at home. He was born May 13, 1951, in Hundred, son of Wanda
Vivian Henderson Carman, of Hundred, and the late Charles Kenneth
Carman. He was formerly employed by IBEW and was presently employed by
the Wetzel County Board of Education as a custodian. He was a lifetime
member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed
hunting and fishing. He was a loving father who enjoyed spending time
with his family. He is also survived by his wife, Patty Hayes Carman,
of Hundred; three sons and spouse, Kenneth Boyd and Tammy Carman, of
Vilonia, Ark., William Glen and David Lee Carman, both of Hundred;
four daughters and spouse, Zula May and Brian Hall, of Katy, Katr ina
Jean, Sasha Louise, and Savanna Marie Carman, all of Hundred; three
grandchildren, Christopher Boyd and Lanie Ann Carman, and Sterling
Daniel Hall; a brother, Charles David Carman, of Fairview; and two
sisters, Charlotte Sue Postlethwait, of Metz, an d Nora Lee Minger, of
Rymer Community, Mannington. He was also preceded in death by two
sisters, Nancy Kay Ott and Debbie Lynn Carman. Friends may call at
Masters Funeral Home in Mannington from 9 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, until
the 1 p.m. service with Elder Judd Ashcraft as speaker and branch
president Bill Stout conducting. Burial will be in Scritchfield
Cemetery in Hundred.
