Francis "Frank" Easton, son of William Easton and Paulina Carpenter was born Oct 1843 (from 1900 census record of Omaha, NE) in Logan Co., OH. He married about 1899 in Omaha, NE to Mrs. Sophia Stoffel and divorced soon after. He homesteaded a farm in Kimball Co., NE near the state border with Wyoming. He died 19 Feb 1915 in Pine Bluffs, WY and buried there. He had no children; nephews and nieces inherited the land and many family members moved to this area; only the Thomas J. Easton family remained.
