Harlow Campbell, 69, formerly of Ogden, died Thursday of a heart attack in a Protestant Youth Camp east of Upton, Utah.
Mr. Campbell was born Feb. 28, 1895, in New York, a son of Hezekiah and Clara Louck Campbell. He was married to Mary Everts on June 25, 1948, in Kemmerer, Wyo.
He was a member of the LDS Church.
He had been a plasterer contractor for the past 45 years and was former president of the Plaster Contractors Local Union. He was custodian of the Protestant Youth Camp.
Surviving are his widow, one son and four daughters, Vernal Campbell, Mrs. May Moss, Mrs. Lucille Williams, Mrs. Jean Leslie, all of Ogden; Mrs. Clara Long, Sacremento, Calif.; two stepdaughters and two stepsons, Mrs. Shirley Warner, Mrs. Clare Allen, Ernest Strain, all of Ogden; William Strain, Fort Worth, Tex.; 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, 12 step-grandchildren, on brother and two sisters, Myron Campbell, Ogden; Mrs. Edith Talbott, Mrs. Maude Hull, both of Los Angeles.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Lindquist and Sons Mortuary in Ogden. Friends may call at the mortuary Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday prior to services. Burial in Ogden City Cemetery.
