He attended Hobart Public Schools and A&M College in Okmulgee. He served in the US Army Reserve and was a member of the St. Luke Indian Methodist Church in Hobart.
He married Irene Faye Tsotigh and they had six children. He was the great-grandson of Akeiquoble and Chief Lone Wolf of Elk Creek.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Gaynell Kassanavoid; three brothers, Walter Carlos, Marvin Wayne and Michael Lee Lone Wolf; one daughter, Brenda Lynn Lone Wolf.
Survivors include two daughters; Sharon Francine Cryer of Hobart and Ramona Sue Brown of Tulsa; three sons, Jerry Wayne of Amber; Edwin Lawrence of Mineola TX and Ethan Allen of Altus; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four sisters and two step-children.
