Services for Hortense Fuglaar Goad will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Hixson Bros., Pineville, with the Rev. Ben Atkins officiating. Burial will be in Tioga Cemetery.

Mrs. Goad, 88, of Tioga died at 12:40 a.m. Monday in Rapides General Hospital.

She was a retired laundry worker at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Pineville. She was a native of Alexandria.

Survivors include three sons, Ollie B. Fuglaar Jr. of Baton Rouge, Rudolph Fuglaar of Atlanta, Ga., and Russell Fuglaar of Tioga; one daughter, Hortense Fowler of Taylor, S.C.; 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 4:30 p.m. today in the funeral home.
