Antonia was named after her maternal aunt Sabina Antonia Marín Solana, and Saint Maximus (Spanish: San Máximo), Bishop of Mainz. Antonia was christened at the Parish of Saint Augustine (event recorded, no date given). She married Antonio Manuel Jordan on January 7, 1843, in Charleston, Charleston County, South Carolina. They have two children: 1 boy and 1 girl. Antonia is listed twice in the 1850 census: in the home of her father Manuel and also in the home of her sister Celestina. Antonia's husband is not at either place.

On July 16, 1851, Antonia married James Gaston in Jacksonville. That marriage came to an end, and she married Francis H Wallace on April 6, 1854, in Jacksonville. By 1860, she had returned home to her mother. On October 4, 1866, she married Albert A Rice in Manhattan, New York County, New York. In 1870, Albert and Antonia were living in Chicago. By 1880, they were residing with her daughter Mary Elizabeth Jordan Rector and her daughter's family. She and her husband are not in the 1900 Census. Antonia is believed to have died in Hudson County, New Jersey.
