This was the original farm that was originally founded by Antonius Hallman on june 14, 1816, in deed book vol 37 page 35, Jacob willed his property to his son John in 1812 Jacob Hallman purchased 25 1/2 acres of mill property from George Schoemaker in 1818, he sold 31 acres to Dr. James Horner. Jacob Hallman served in the Revolutionary War. He served in the 5th battalion, 1st company, 8th class.
