She was born Feb. 26, 1951.
Mom, or Granny Joy, was a housewife most of her life, working to ensure her children had a loving home where they knew they were always appreciated.
She loved old Jimmy Stewart and Cary Grant movies. She was an avid reader and "Days of Our Lives" fan. She loved her dogs and surfing the Internet for anything that would make the grandbabies laugh.
She is survived by daughters, Jennifer Koch of Washington state, Dalene Lovejoy of Houston and Samantha Lovejoy of Cheyenne; son, Matthew Lovejoy of Shoshone, Idaho; sisters, Darlene Mattingly of Oregon and Michele Mattingly of California; cousin, Donna Goodlet of Kentucky; grandchildren, Andrew Koch, James Koch, Joshua Koch, Joanna Lovejoy, Elizabeth Lovejoy, Gabriel Lovejoy, Clifford Richardson, Shane Fitzmorris, Hunter Fitzmorris, Nellie Fitzmorris, Claire Lovejoy, Paige Lovejoy, Michael Bumford and baby Paul.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lovejoy; father and mother, Robert and Edna Mattingly; brother, Stephen Mattingly; and daughter, Theresa Lovejoy.
