Mrs. Leslie was a native of Round Oak and had made her home in Gordon for most of her life. The daughter of the late Arthur and Kittie Pippin Jackson and was the widow of the late Paul Leslie and predeceased by her son in law Buford Prosser , and siblings Ina Griffin, Grace Vinson, Una Happoldt, Wilbur, Arthur "Black" and Ross Jackson. She was a member of New Haven Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter Peggy Leslie Prosser of Gordon; Grandson and wife Brad and Acelia Prosser of Milledgeville, a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
