Vivie.∼Dollie Mae Daniels, aged 84, of the Newton County Nursing Home in Jasper, died Sunday, April 28, 1987, at North Arkansas Medical Center.

She was born May 31, 1902, at Mossville, a daughter of Tom and Mary Wright Self.

Survivors include three sons, Duster Daniels, Bonner Springs, KS.; Murl Daniels, Harrison; Floyd Daniels, Elm Springs, a step-son, Lee Daniels, Cane Hill; five daughters, Frankie Smith, Jasper; Vive Owens, Kansas City, MO.; Moneta Ashburger, Bentonville; Edna Britt, Dallas, TX; Bobbie Hall, Elm Springs; Jessie Baker, Bunker, MO; Bessie Wilson, Kansas City, MO; Mary Belle Kilpatrick, Mayflower, 51 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Daniels, a son, Olen Daniels, a daughter, Minnie Pearl Daniels and two stepsons, Leonod and Wilburn Daniels.

Services were Tuesday, April 28, at the Nail Church with Hermon Henderson officiating. burial was in the Nail Cemetery under the direction of Christeson Funeral Home. Pallbearers included Donnie Daniels, Olen Daniels, Jr., Jackie Owens, Tony Daniels, R.L. Waters and Clifton Ashburger.
