Our father, Ralph R Hyneman, passed peacefully in his sleep July 2, 2010.
Ralph was raised in Eden Valley, MN. He was a Navy WWII veteran. He married Katharine May Logsdon Aug 15, 1945. They had eight children.
He attended and graduated Gonzaga U. in Spokane, WA in 1951. He spent many years with the Burlington Northern Railroad, retiring in 1992. He was 25 year member of the Sloop Tavern Yacht Clu,- racing as the Captain of the Matinee. Lifetime member of the Elks. One of his greatest achievements was being the Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus #676. He loved the pomp and circumstance of the Knights along with the religious connection.
He was preceeded in death by his son Charles Thomas Hyneman and his wife Katharine.
He is survived by his daughters: Therese Cayou (James), Antonia Bohan (Alan), Margaret Hyneman- Burger, Rosemary Hatfield (Mike) Denise Marinacci, Michele Brummett, Camille Hanhardt (Andrew); grandchildren: Justin Cayou, Andrew Bohan, Kenneth Burger, Steven Burger, Paul Burger, JoAnne Dutton, Ryan Allen, Regina Marinaci Koekler, Katharine Marinacci, Alexander Hanhardt, Madeline Hanhardt; great-grandchildren: Kaitlin Jacobus (Dutton) Hannah Jacobus (Dutton), Nolan Dutton, Drewann Burger, Hunter Burger, Alayne Burger, Hudsyn Allen, Harlow Allen. Stella Koekler.
