Death of Wm. Dane
A well known and prominent resident of Gorrie passed away on Tuesday morning in the person of William Dane, in his 68th year. Deceased had been a resident of Gorrie for nearly thirty years and for twenty-five years was engaged in the flour milling business, having only a year ago rented his mill and was since then living retired. Mr. Dane was ill only four days with inflammation of the bowels. He leaves a widow and grown up family to mourn his loss. The funeral will take place at 2 o'clock on Friday afternoon, and will be conducted by the L.C.L. and A.O.U.W. societies.
