Charlotte was born on January 9, 1927, in McCulloch County, Texas, to William S. Young and Maggie L. (Cave) Young. She married Clyde Cox on March 17, 1946 in Brownwood, Tx. Charlotte was a homemaker as well as an active member in at the Bangs Church of Christ for many years.
She is survived by her husband Clyde Cox of Fredericksburg; a daughter, Sandra Seelig and husband Lee of Fredericksburg, Tx; son, Roy C. Cox of San Angelo; foster son, Morris T. Collier of Pflugerville, Tx; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two nephews; and one niece. She was preceded in death by her parents.
