Native of Acavaro Genaiato, [spelled Acámbaro, Guanajuato], Mexico, she was a 61-year resident of San Pedro and was employed by Starkist Foods Company for many years. She was a member of Anderson Memorial Senior Citizen Thursday Club. Survived by her sons, Jim and Fred Hipsher both of San Pedro; sister, Carmen Fuentes of Pasadena; grandchildren, Linda Regeon, Todd, Christopher, Rick, John, Tommy and Jamie Hipsher and Robin Peterson; 5 great-grandchildren. Rosary and Mass will be offered Thursday at 9am at Saint Peter's Catholic Church. Entombment to follow at Green Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Visitation will be made from 10am to 8pm today at Mc Nerney's Mortuary.
