R. ALLEN RITES HELD -
Funeral services for Rolland Allen, 30, Ft. Worth, Texas, were held at 2:00 p.m., Monday at the Methodist Church in Neligh, the Rev. R. D. Peterson of Crawford Valley officiating.
Mr. Allen was the son of Arthur C. and Josephine Allen of Neligh. He is survived by his parents, his wife, Mavis, and two children, age four and six.
Pall bearers were Eugene D. Carpenter, Dale L. Howard, Edward H. Wortman, Boyd M Howard, Uen Furstenau, Edmond Hoffmann, Ralph Patras and Melvin Marsh.
Mr. Allen, a veteran of World War II, was killed August 13 in a construction accident near Ft. Worth.
