"Jack" was the son of Annie L. Ross. He was educated in the Houston County School System. He was a Retired Civil Service employee from Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia.
He was a member of Sandbed Baptist Church in Kathleen, Georgia where he was Ordianed as a Deacon. He also was a member of the U.B.S. Love Lodge #1 and served as it's Grandmaster.
He was married to Jimmie Lee Rhome Ross and they had 4 children.
