Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Minister Larry Weber officiating. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Park near Claremont.
Mr. Kelley was born on August 21, 1915, in West Virginia, the son of Albert and Theresa (Post) Kelley. He married Lorene "Snooks" Decker on August 17, 1940, in Henderson, Ky. She survives.
He owned and operated Kelley Drilling & Oil' Company. He was an independent oil producer. He was a member of Olney Elks, Eagles and Petroleum Club and was a life member of Moose.
Mr. Kelley is survived by his wife, Lorene "Snooks" Kelley, of Olney; a daughter, Judy Frohning, of Ingraham; two sons, Pat Kelley, of Olney, and Dan Kelley and his wife, Debbie, of Olney; a daughter-in-law, Susie Kelley, of Olney; a brother, Harold Kelley, of Snyder, Texas; six grandchildren, Kevin Frohning and his wife, Rosemary, Kim Frohning, Amber Scherer and her husband, Kent, Melissa Wood and her husband, Neil, Sean Kelley and Ryan Kelley; and seven great-grandchildren, Kelley, Jessica and Kaitlin
Frohning, Taylor and Tanner Scherer, and Dalton and Delyn Wood.
He. was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Mike, a son-in-law, Leo Frohning, three brothers and six sisters.
