Mrs. Kelley was born October 6, 1921, in Crawford County, the daughter of A.B. and Edith (Vore) Decker. She married Garnett L. "G.L." Kelley on August 17, 1940, in Henderson, Ky. He preceded her in death May 15, 2003.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of Elm Street Christian Church in Olney and Richland Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Mrs. Kelley is survived by her son, Pat Kelley, of Olney; son, Danny Kelley and his wife, Deb, of Olney; grandchildren, Kim Frohning, of Olney, Kevin Frohning and his wife, Rose, of Ingraham, Amber Scherer and her husband, Kent, of Olney, Melissa Wood, of Olney, Sean Kelley, of Olney, and Ryan Kelley, of Albion; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, A.B. and Edith Decker; husband, "G.L." Kelley; daughter, Judy Frohning; son-in-law, Leo Frohning; son, Mike; and two brothers.
