Mrs. Agnes Fegan, 79, a native of Scotland, died at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at her home at 515 N. Kenilworth-av after an illness of three years.

Mrs. Fegan, born in Leith, Scotland, came to America 59 years ago. She has been a resident of Lima for 47 years and was a member of the St. Rose Catholic church and the Altar society.

She is survived by her husband, James; seven daughters, Mrs. William V. Daley, wife of the sheriff of Allen-co; Anna, a floor supervisor of St. Rita's hospital; Mrs. Grace Miller and Mrs Leo Gilroy, both of Lima Route 2; Mrs. E. J. Simons, of St. Clair, Mich.; Mrs. Frank O'Neill, of Courtland, N.Y.; and Mrs. Josephine Andrews, of Lima Route 6. Thirty-two grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive.

The body will be removed late Wednesday afternoon from the Cantwell mortuary to the residence, to remain until time of services.

Requiem high mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday at the St. Rose church, with Msgr. James Elder, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be in Gethsemane cemetery.
