Funeral services for Bryan Gregory Simons, 24, of Bay City were scheduled for 1:30 p. m. today at the Sixth Street Church of Christ with Mr. Sam Kitching officiating. Interment will be in Cedarvale Cemetery.
Greg was born Oct. 26, 1959 in Austin, Texas and died Jan. 2, 1984.
He was a 1978 graduate of Bay City High School and attended Sam Houston State University. Mr. Simons was also a graduate of Lincoln School of Technology, and did some farming locally.
Survivors include: parents, Dr. and Mrs. Bryan Simons of Bay City; grandparents, Mrs. B. E. Simons and Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Sliva of Bay City; brother, Gary Steven Simons of Bay City; sisters, Nena Lenette and Laura Beth Simons of Bay City.
Pallbearers include Bob Jackson, Erwin Kubecka, William Miller, Lester Baker, Bret Daniel and Mike Schulstader. Bob Haring is an honorary pallbearer.
