Surviving are five daughters and four sons. They are the two mentioned above and Mrs. Marvin Carter of Ponoca, Canada; Mrs. Homer Meade of Armstrong, Canada; Mrs. John O. Young of Long Beach, Calif; J. A. and Earl Morgan, both of Eugene, Ore., and Russell and Laurence Morgan, both of Salem, Ore. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. John Turner of White Oak township, near Wright, and Mrs. Emma Peague of Iola, Kan. A number of grandchildren survive, including Harold S. Morgan of Oskaloosa.
Funeral services were held this afternoon, Monday, at the Wilcox-Garland chapel at 3:30. rev Emil F. Carlsten of the First Presbyterian church was in charge. Burial will be in Eugene, Ore. Mrs. Sparks of this city, will leave at midnight tonight, accompanying the body to Eugene."
