Valuable Farm at Staten Island – That valuable farm on Staten Island belonging to the estate of Harmanus Guyon, deceased, containing 135 acres of land, about 35 acres of which is very fine wood land, and the remainder very arable and meadow land situate on both sides of the main road from the Quarantine to Amboy Ferry, distant about six miles from the Quarantine ground, 4 miles from Rossville and 2 from the Village of Richmond. On the farm is a dwelling house, a first rate barn, a variety of fruit, such as apples, pears, peaches and cherries. The farm is well watered and for beauty of prospect is hardly surpassed by any on the Island, having an extensive view of Princess Bay, Long Island, Sandy Hook and the Highlands of New Jersey.
